- Configurable lot types, each with its own metadata A wine lot asks for vintage and bottle size. A car lot asks for mileage and registration. You define both — no developer needed.
- Custom fields in seven data types Fields can be text, numbers, dates, yes/no, dropdowns or file uploads, so the data you capture actually matches what you sell.
- Per field: visible, exportable, required, locked after approval Make mileage mandatory, hide the internal reference from bidders, and stop anyone editing the VIN once the lot is approved.
- Custom fields become search facets Because you defined 'vintage', bidders can filter the sale by vintage. Filters follow your fields automatically.
- Custom fields printed on the invoice The chassis number you captured at intake appears on the buyer's invoice without anyone retyping it.
- Field grouping and display order Group condition fields together, technical specs below, in the order that makes sense for the goods.
- Translated dropdown options per field A condition dropdown reads 'Mint / Good / Fair' in English and the right words in Dutch and German.
- Default lot fields per auction New lots in this sale start with the fields and values you always use, so staff type less and get it right more.
