Where it earns its keep
Catalogue a batch of lots in minutes.
Point your assistant at the lots you have just taken in. It reads the title, the description and the photos, and fills in what is missing:
- A real title. “Ladder” becomes “Aluminium folding ladder, 3×9 steps”.
- The category, for every lot, so buyers can actually filter your catalogue.
- The lot fields: brand, year, material, colour, dimensions, condition — whatever your lot type defines.
- A description in your own tone, in every language you sell in.
For art, antiques and collectables, the assistant does the first pass — technique, period, signature, condition — and your specialist confirms or corrects it. For machinery, house clearances and liquidation sales, where hundreds of lots share three words of title, it is the difference between a catalogue people can search and a list they scroll past.
Nothing is saved until you say so. The assistant shows what it wants to change, lot by lot, and a change made in bulk can be undone in bulk.
Turn any spreadsheet into an auction
Consignors send what they send: a spreadsheet with the columns in their order, in their words, with “approx. 2015” in a year column.
Give it to your assistant. It matches the columns to the fields of your lot type, shows you the mapping and a few example lots, and tells you what does not fit before anything is imported. Then it creates the lots.
Everything it can change
With your permission, your assistant changes things — always after showing you a preview:
- Lots. Create them, and update titles, descriptions, categories and lot fields, one at a time or in batches.
- Auctions. Create an auction with its dates and its texts, and put it online or offline.
- Unsold lots. “Re-offer everything that didn’t sell in auction 412 in next month’s sale.”
- Translations. “Translate every untranslated website text to French.” Your assistant finds the gaps, proposes the texts, and writes them once you approve. What is normally a week of copy-paste becomes a conversation.
- E-mail templates. “Write the outbid e-mail in German, in the same tone as the Dutch one.”
- Lot translations. Titles and descriptions of a whole auction, in the languages you sell in.
- Settings. Change a setting of your auction house, with the platform’s own definition of it.
What it will never touch
Bids, invoices and members are deliberately left alone, whoever asks. A bid is binding and an invoice is a legal document: those stay where they belong, with a person, in the back office. It is not a limitation we expect to remove.

Reading and writing are not the same right. Write access is granted per user; without it, the same connection can only answer questions.
