Auction type
White-label auction software
White-label auction software lets you run online auctions under your own brand while someone else builds and operates the platform. Auction Experts supplies exactly that — your logo, your colours, your domain, your invoice and email templates, your app in the App Store under your own name. Bidders see your auction house. They do not see Auction Experts anywhere in the process.

What "white label" covers here
Every surface a bidder or a consignor touches is yours:
- Domain and design. The auction site runs on your domain, in your typography and colours, to your own design rather than a themed template.
- Email and documents. Registration mails, outbid notices, won-lot notices, invoices and statements all carry your branding and your wording, editable by your team.
- Mobile apps. Native iOS and Android bidding apps published under your own developer name, with your icon and splash screen.
- Content. Pages, terms, category descriptions and translations are edited by you in the CMS, in every language you sell in.
The Auction Experts name appears in none of it.

What sits behind the brand
The branded front end runs on the full Auction Experts platform: timed, live, sealed-bid and Dutch auctions, the bidding engine with proxy bidding and automatic extension, the back-office auction management system, consignment intake, catalogue production, post-auction sale, automated invoicing with buyer's premium and VAT, and auction reporting and analytics.
Because it is one platform, a branded white-label site gets the same releases as everything else. You are not running a fork that falls behind.
Why auction houses choose white label over building their own
Building an auction platform means building a real-time bidding engine that stays correct under load in the last thirty seconds of a lot, plus the payment, VAT, invoicing and audit machinery around it — and then maintaining all of it. White-label auction software removes the build and the maintenance while leaving the brand, the customer relationship and the commercial terms entirely with you.
Auction Experts has run this platform for twenty-seven years, so the bidding engine, the VAT handling and the invoicing have been through many years of real sales.
Who runs white-label auctions on Auction Experts
- Auction houses extending an existing saleroom onto the web without handing bidders to a marketplace.
- Liquidators and asset managers running high-volume timed sales of machinery, vehicles and stock.
- Dealers and retailers selling surplus and returned inventory in auction format under their own shop brand.
- Charities and nonprofits running branded fundraising auctions for their own donor lists.
- Real estate and art specialists selling in a controlled, branded environment rather than an open marketplace.
What it costs
White-label deployment — your own domain, full CMS, API access and native mobile apps — is the Enterprise plan. The Professional plan at €720 per month plus implementation from €2,450 covers a customised branded website with your own email and invoice templates, which is enough for many auction houses. Enterprise is priced on request. The pricing page has both plans in full.
Frequently asked questions
Will bidders know the software is not ours?
No. The domain, design, emails, invoices and mobile apps all carry your brand only.
Can we publish the mobile app under our own name?
Yes. The iOS and Android apps are published under your own developer account and appear in the stores as your app.
Do we keep our own payment relationship?
Yes. Payments run through your own payment provider and settle to your account. Auction Experts does not sit between you and your buyers' money.
What is the difference between white-label auction software and an auction marketplace?
A marketplace lists your lots alongside other sellers' and owns the bidder relationship. White-label auction software gives you your own platform, your own bidder database and your own brand — the traffic and the customers are yours.
