Platform

Bidders should see your auction house, not your software supplier.

Full control over how the auction platform looks and behaves: your fonts, your colours, your logo, your layout, your domain. Nothing on the page has to say who built it.

A customer auction website styled to their own brand

Auction Experts auction websites are customised on four levels: branding (logo, colours, typography, your own domain), layout (page structure and catalogue presentation), content (pages, terms and category text edited by your team in the CMS), and language (full translation of the interface and your own content into each language you sell in). Customisation is included from the Professional plan; the Enterprise plan adds a fully bespoke design with CMS control over every page.

Matching a website you already have

Most customers arrive with an existing site and a brand they have spent years building. The auction pages have to look like they belong to it — the same typography, the same palette, the same navigation conventions — or the moment a bidder clicks through to bid, the experience visibly changes hands.

We replicate the aesthetics of your existing site rather than asking you to adopt a template. Fonts, colours, logos and layout are all set per customer.

Content you can edit yourself

The CMS covers the pages around the auction: text, images, static content, the things that need changing without a developer and without a support ticket. Edits are live when you save them, and the templates are responsive, so a change you make on a desktop behaves correctly on a phone.

Translation in the Manager

Multi-language support is handled inside the Manager rather than as a bolt-on. You manage translations for the public website, the Manager interface and the email notifications from one place. For auction houses selling into several countries, this is usually the feature that decides whether an international audience is realistic.

Three ways to deploy it

A template website that we host and style to your brand; the auction software added to the website you already run; or a full integration where you build the front end against our API and the platform becomes infrastructure. The first is fastest, the last gives you the most control, and the middle option is where most auction houses start.

What stays ours

The bidding logic, the scaling behaviour, the security model and the platform updates. You do not inherit a codebase to maintain. Customisation is configuration and theming, which means your branding survives every platform release rather than blocking it.
