We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Project Coordinator to strengthen our team at Auction Experts. If you already have experience coordinating projects in IT and aspire to advance to the role of  Project Manager, we offer you ample opportunities for further development. As a Project Coordinator, you will not only be responsible for successfully leading projects but also play a crucial role in after-sales and boosting our revenue.

What you will do:

As a Project Coordinator, you will undergo a comprehensive onboarding process, acquainting yourself with Auction Experts’ platform, our services, and our clients. Under the guidance of a specialist, you will contribute to current work processes and actively participate in new projects. As your autonomy progresses, you will become the connecting factor in coordinating these projects, both internally and with clients.

Project Management:

    • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
    • Coordinate and communicate effectively with the project team and clients.
    • Create schedules and account for potential deviations.
    • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure good alignment.

After-sales:

    • Maintain customer contacts after project delivery to build long-term relationships.
    • Identify opportunities for follow-up assignments and upselling.
    • Anticipate emergencies and work proactively to find solutions.

Commercial Optimisation:

    • Contribute to revenue optimisation through efficient project administration and time registration.
    • Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts with clients.

Presentations and Demonstrations:

    • Develop and present compelling proposals for new projects.
    • Conduct demonstrations to showcase the value of our services to potential clients.

What we require:

    • Availability for full-time work, 32-40 hours per week.
    • A completed HBO education and affinity with IT.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in the IT sector.
    • Commercial insight and skills to optimise revenue.
    • Ability to work independently and be result-oriented.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of the German language is a strong asset, given our expansion plans in Germany.
